We are seeking a Service Advisor/ Assistant Manager. Are you sick of going to a dreadful job?
We are a super busy shop and like to have a great time at work.
This person needs to be customer service oriented. We have built a very loyal customer base this way.
Automotive service experience is a bonus but not necessary.
Need to work well with others and be a team player (nobody likes a crab).
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have a flexible schedule & be able to open and close shop if needed
Must be willing and able to understand and explain a wide variety of automotive services including most general repairs and diagnostics, etc. We are willing to train.
Daily duties include welcoming and registering customers, working with techs to understand customer's needs, create and build estimates, explain needed services to customers and selling the job! Position can grow into supervision of shop and store management.
