We are looking for dedicated in-store Comcast product Sales people.
Here is what to expect in your day to day:
A day in the life of a cable store Professional is very dynamic. 80% of the customers walking into our stores each day are not coming in to set up service, but for another need. Cable store representatives SELL new services, upgrade and downgrade existing services, receive payments, trouble shoot billing and technical issues, provide and exchange equipment, and any other issues a customer can conceive. Professionals consistently provide solutions to all of these listed above and more every day. That is why it is so important for our professionals to be flexible and adaptable in order to be effective with the variety of scenarios that are thrown their way each day.
Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma.
Have 1-2 Years of Retail/Sales Experience
Pass a Background Check

On the first day of employment, Comcasters have immediate eligibility for "most benefits"; (such as Medical, Dental, Vision) and after 90 days of employment you are eligible for the 401(k) program, which has a 100% matching contribution for the initial 6% you contribute.
A tuition reimbursement plan is effective after six months of employment with a benefit up to $8000 annually.
Tuition reimbursement:
Undergrad (Associates, Bachelors, Certification) - $5750
Graduate (Masters/Doctorate) - $8000
The store is open M-Sat 9am-730pm and sun 11am-530pm.
