Superior Exteriors Inc. Is looking for an experienced restoration sales manager for the Twin Cities Market. I want to partner with an organized and motivated individual that can execute a structured w-2 business plan. Here is what the opportunity is about!
We review the SE sales business model and make sure we are on the same page.
We review the software SE uses to track canvassing, sales and production. (It is very easy to use and required very little training)
We agree on a compensation program for the sales team. (I’m have a commission structure but am open to your ideas)
We recruit the canvassers and sales reps.
This structure allows you to run your own business with no capital, risk, licensing or accounting
What my business partners resume looks like:
Storm restoration sales management experience. (2 years minimum)
The ability to recruit canvassing and sales reps.
Strong reporting skills.
Strong computer skills.
The ability to manage within a very structured sales platform.
Be able to prove past performance (w-2/1099) required
