Sky Auto LLC Is looking for an ambitious,reliable, and experienced Auto Body Technician to Manage our body shop In Fridley and be a partner in it.
This is a rare opportunity with unlimited financial success for the correct individual.
We have a 6,000 square feet well equipped shop. It has a frame rack, Hoists, Paint booth with a bake cycle, and all the necessary tools and equipment.
We are a rapidly growing dealership and always have plenty of cars to fix. We will bring the business, help with covering operating expenses up front, and pay as a customer according to market fair value. The candidate has to only worry about managing the team and vehicle repairs, we got the rest covered for you. We’re basically handing a business where the right candidate has to only worry about fixing cars in a timely manner as that's where most of the money will be.
Responsibilities:
Hiring a team.
Manage operation.
order materials as needed .
Make sure vehicles repair plans are executed properly.
Manage Payroll.
Manage quality control
Qualifications:
10 years minimum experience.
Extraordinary Organization & planning skills
Detail oriented
