HVAC Residential New Construction/Remodel Installer
We are looking for an Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman or Job Supervisor as an experienced Residential Sheet Metal installer for our company. If you are a leader, we want to talk to you!
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
Provide the required laying out /installing of ducting; sheet metal fittings on new construction/Remodel jobsites
Provide assistance to the supervisor as needed on the job.
Install HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners for new construction & remodel residential projects.
Layout & Install duct work, refrigeration, gas piping, ventilation and other mechanical responsibility.
Sheet metal fabrication knowledge is very helpful
Working knowledge of hand tools and installation equipment.
Reading/interpreting blueprints to ensure a timely and quality completion of the project
Follows work instructions and safety rules.
Employs customer Code of Ethics.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of Sheet metal HVAC experience in the Residential MN type of market
Required Skills:
Mechanical aptitude Skills
Skill in performing routine manual labor installing ductwork and other mechanical tasks
Use of various hand/power tools common to trade
Mechanically inclined learning through observation and hands on experience
Ability to lead a crew or run jobs
The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
The ability to communicate/lead with team members and customers effectively
Capable of maintaining professional working relationships with team members
The ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and implement ideas related to mechanical codes.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required if driving a company van

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 + per year depending on experience and qualifications
