Role: Sr. PEGA Tester Location: Minneapolis MN/El Dorado Hills CA- WFH allowed till current situation Type of Hire: Full Time - Permanent Required Skills: Pega Testing, PEGA Frameworks, PEGA Upgrade, Pega business process mngmt, Pega Rule & Rule Flow, design PEGA BPM Process Modeling, Pega BPM Sol Component Design, PEGA Detailed Job Description: Agile experience with JIRA and very good test planning capability and good communication is a must as he will be the sole testing member working in this project from offshore. Pega testing experience (Mandatory) Testing knowledge , Test plan prep, RTM , test data mining Effectively manage and execute the testing process to validate that all functional are met. Provide consistent and timely test execution status reporting. Adhere to documentation as part of the testing process and improvise Manage and actively participate in the test defect resolution process provide defect descriptions, root cause, scope, risks and impact of a problem and facilitating defect reviews. Provide feedback to technology teams and business partners on design improvements. Validate all product fixes and escalate issues that may affect the schedule, budget or quality of the product or testing process. .
