- Support consultants and project managers in the creation and maintenance of projects from opportunity identification through closure
- Perform analysis/research to investigate project billing issues and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
- Prepare operational reports to support leadership decision making
- Act as a liaison between Project Management, Accounting, Finance, and various System Management groups
- Create written and oral communication artifacts that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations, and provide appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions
- Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations to management
- Identify and document business process re-engineering opportunities including current and future state process flows
- Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Assess existing processes, recommend, and implement improvements to simplify, automate or create more efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years work experience, preferably in an operations, finance, or sales support environment
- 2+ years of building/creating reports and project deliverables
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work in highly technical and matrixed fast-paced environment
- Experience with the following tools/applications: Salesforce, OpenAir, PeopleSoft/ERP
- Prior experience in a Management Consulting/Professional Consulting organization
- Novice report building skills with business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Healthcare experience
