Our client is looking for a collaborative Systems Administrator role focused on M365 administration and high-level user support. Currently 5-10% of time in-office, moving to a hybrid model mid-2022.
Responsibilities:- Administer day-to-day technical support functions in person, via phone, remotely and through desktop from a single workstation and server level, including service tickets and end-user support
- Facilitate communications with user base regarding technical projects, serving as the technical implementer and project manager as needed
- Architect and implement solutions to fit project requirements - including Microsoft tools, network security, and more
- Train teammates in preparation for project handoffs; facilitate internal communications through proper support and maintenance documentation within knowledge base
- Administer lifecycle of software licenses, virtual assets, and physical equipment; ensure proper upgrades and decommissioning of equipment
- Administer and implement user deployments, including new user setups, transitions, and departures
- Must live in or near Twin Cities area
- 5+ years serving within a technical role
- 3+ years of support of hybrid Exchange server environment
- 2-4 years of support within O365 administration
- 2-4 years supporting hybrid environments (either Exchange or Active Directory)
- Bachelor's in technical field
- Technical certifications preferred
- Available for off hours project deployments and outage response
