Full time Baker/Fryer position at our Northport location.As the Baker/Fryer you will assist the Bakery Department with production. As a Baker/Fryer, you will be responsible for bakery production - thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products. Other duties include maintaining proper production levels while following production guidelines, assisting with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product and organize freezers and coolers. EEO/AAMARY OBJECTIVEChallenge of this position is in meeting daily assigned production schedules and ensuring consistent product quality. Emphasis is placed on working efficiently and at a steady pace to maintain proper production level. Requires ability to recognize and correct any problems affecting product quality.
