Program/Portfolio Management: Ensure the portfolio of projects are delivered in various phases following the processes established with the customer leveraging local and offshore teams Demand Management and Execution: Ensuring any new demands based on existing contracts or newer established ones are fulfilled based on timeframes set and agreed with business and customer Reporting: Establishing cadence for reporting on progress of various programs with agreed communication channels and frequencies Liaising with business to provide updates and timelines on initiatives and technical strategies Point of Escalation for all Major/Critical Issues established or identified Program Risk Management and Business Risk and Delivery Sourcing profiles for New contracts internally for fulfillment. Senior Management Reporting: Ensuring health check of all programs and projects is communicated highlighting any specific achievements and Major issues with Actions for resolution, remediation etc. Resource Work Allocation: Daily discussions/stand ups across projects conducted, resource work tracking communicated to client Metrics and goals: Ensure team tracks and produces metrics for their work individually which is consolidated into Management reporting Work with Sales teams for new business and Increasing Revenue Help define roadmap for business and new IT opportunities for service offerings Engage with various Senior Management staff at local and other key Development Centers to ensure communication, relationship building is maintained Establish a cadence to ensure information availability to all necessary parties is timely and accurate Explore opportunities within and outside existing client base, negotiate contracts and provide proposals for new business and technical requirements Implement new technical solutions in the current environment landscape for customers and work closely with Architects, technical SMEs to establish processes and automation capabilities to enhance throughput and productivity of existing systems Ensuring uniformity, standardization and stability in relationships at all levels of the customer hierarchy Managing escalations and driving teams to resolve customer issues for the services implemented Presenting governance plans and program implementation approach (1.) To define Program Plan, objectives, timelines, its Governance structure and adopt program process and methodology based on complexity (2.) To establish and ensure clear and concise program communication and periodic reporting of KPIorOLAor orMetrics to all stakeholders. (3.) To identify, manage and escalate program level risks and issues for smooth delivery of the program (4.) To lead, manage, develop and engage the project managers of multi-disciplinary teams so as to deliver simpleormedium program with multiple inter-dependent project components. (5.) To participate in Change Control Board reviews, in reviewing the requirement changes and approving the same (6.) To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements as well as manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interests for smooth integration orimplementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
