Our client is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered equipment servicing multiple markets, they have a unique product portfolio which is used throughout multiple industries. They are growing and adding a Senior Project Engineer to their team. This position will fully utilize your engineering degree and project management skills in a way that few positions can offer. Project Engineers work on all stages of a project, from development through installation and commissioning. The type of work will include feasibility discussions with project management and sales, scheduling, and equipment sizing and analysis to ensure engineering design standards and customer specifications and needs are met.

Create plans, designs, and customer solutions for assigned products and projects.
Develop and maintain process instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) based on Customer specifications as required for the project.
Work with sales teams and customers to gain a better understanding of the system requirements and their implications to the system design and proposed solution.
Work with strategic suppliers to determine the correct components to be used in systems.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education Requirement:

BS degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of experience preferred in the engineering, design, fabrication, and commissioning of mechanical equipment
Working knowledge of industrial codes
Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks CAD modeling software, preferred
