Our client is seeking an

R&D Engineer to join their team. This role would be able to work within the entire product development process. This role will research, analyze, design, and test component parts, processes, or systems to develop new and/or improve core products. Product lines are industrial and electrical motors. This is a direct hire opening located in New Ulm, MN. Work is mainly based onsite with some flexibility to work remote one day per week.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Targeting 2-5 years of experience within product development
SoildWorks proficiency is desired
