Countrywood, is looking to hire Direct Support Providers to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and /or mental illness. This program is located in Osakis, MN.1 Part time positions with24hours every two weeks.Evening and every other weekend shifts.1 Part time positions with29hours every two weeks.Evening and every other weekend shifts.1Part time position with 42hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include evenings and every other weekend. 1 Full time position with 77 hours. Shifts include nights.1 Full time position with 80 hours. Shifts include days and every other weekend.Qualifications
Interested applicants must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and reliable. Previous PCS/SFHSDirect Care experience, 2 yr., 4 yr degreeand/or CNA (NAR), TMA and EMTcertification also qualify candidates for higher starting wages and shift differentials.
