Job Description
BRAND NEW WAREHOUSE
The Warehouse Team Lead is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse functions necessary to support internal and external customers.
The hours are M-F 7:00am- 3:30pm

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure safe working environment are maintained and all employees are following safety procedures.
- Lead and monitor daily warehouse operations
- Ensure that Working instructions, Standards and Guidelines are being followed on a daily basis
- Monitor productivity and quality performance and provide coaching and feedback to hourly associates
- Train/cross-train full-time and temporary employees in designated area of responsibility.
- Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Effectively lead a cross functional team to support day-to-day processes
- Perform other ad-hoc duties, administrative tasks, and production functions as needed.
- Follow and continually monitor established safety procedures to assure a clean, safe work environment is promoted and maintained.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers, clients, co-workers and management members.
- Assure product quality for internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 3+ years of warehouse related experience required.
- Experience withstandardized Work and Lean Principles preferred.
- Proven experience in Continuous improvement projects.
- Forklift, dock truck, turret truck experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, verbal, written and communication skills.
