- 8+ years of medical device work experience, primarily in R&D engineering, New Product Development
- Experience in Design controls, Design verification, Test protocols & Test report preparation
- Experience in Product testing and test method development (preferred)
- Experience in designing Class III devices or catheter and delivery system and knowledge of manufacturing process (preferred)
- Metals experience a plus – stainless steel and nitinol material – including processing and evaluation methods
- Experience leading others with direct reports
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bio Medical Engineering or other related engineering field.
