Help Desk Representatives for our client, a large full-service Information Management Company in Plymouth, MN. (In Mid-September the location will move to Brooklyn Park, MN), Classes start 9/5 and continue the 1st Monday of every month. These are temp roles that last thru May 2023 & are required to work onsite. No remote option is available! Apply Today - Title: Help Desk Representative
- Compensation: $18/hr.

Summary of Job: - Receive, respond to and resolve inbound Client contacts, including NON-Technical issues as needed
- Manage unresolved incidents utilizing appropriate resources within required timelines
- Coordinate internal resources as necessary to ensure effective resolution
- Document and communicate to appropriate resource any recurring/critical client issue received
- Write, edit and proof project documentation and correspondence
- Knowledgeable about assigned Client, service offerings, policies/standards, and processes
- Performs to and maintains acceptable performance levels as measured against the following metrics: client hold time, call lengths, call volumes, call quality and overall customer satisfaction
Required Skills - Application and Hardware Software support
- Speed test for network performance
- Whitelisting
- Google admin and IOS device support.
- DNS and server knowledge.
- May have to do some password resets and basic troubleshooting
COVID Policy - No vaccine requirements
- Masks not required regardless of vaccination status
- If candidate tests positive for COVID candidate is out 5 days and then has to wear a mask for additional 5 days once back onsite
- Call Center Environment - desks/workspaces are all at least 6 feet apart and COVID policies are implemented
