Job Title: Project Specialist

Duration: 4+ Months (possible extension)

Location: Plymouth, MINNESOTA

Position Summary:

Assist R&D Systems with project planning activities. Tasks will include data entry/consolidation in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Previous Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint knowledge is a requirement and programming/developing models in Excel is highly desired. Candidate will also assist with the setup of meeting and facility requests.

Skills: Savvy in Excel (Excel 2007), SharePoint (site set up/permissions), and PowerPoint Desired experience: project-management fundamentals and technical degree; experience in developing Excel models such as those used in Finance, Marketing Intelligence, and Demand Planning/Supply Chain. Soft Skills: Strong written/verbal communication; self-motivated; problem-solver; attention to detail; someone passionate about technology/system improvements
