TEKsystems is partnering with a local organization in Plymouth, MN in the search for several entry level technical support specialists. These technical support specialists will be troubleshooting specific software issues over the phone for external end users.Preferred Experience & Skills:1) Technical Degree or pursuant of a Technical Degree/ Technical certification2) Previous customer service or call center experience is a plusDescription:The Technical Support Specialist is the first point of contact for external clients experiencing technical issues within specific software. This position will be responsible for delivering information & instruction and resolving process/technical related issues.Receive, respond to, and resolve inbound contact on software products
Manage incidents to resolution including client follow up
Document and communicate to appropriate resources
Maintains acceptable performance levels as measured against current metrics
This position is fully onsite in Plymouth, MN. Technicians will undergo several weeks of specific training before participating in the call queue.
