Description: Technology Command Center Analyst Remote until COVID restrictions are lifted, then Plymouth, MN SHIFT: Night shift 2100-0600, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. PROJECT: Major Incident Management. Major Incident Management is the process of mitigating impact for large scale incidents. Can be application, infrastructure, etc. Our job is to manage the bridge call and engage appropriate resources to resolve the issue. IDEAL BACKGROUND: The ideal candidate would have Major Incident Management experience. Experience with ServiceNow would be beneficial as well. Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Team If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) Technology Command Center. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) 1) Responding to application and infrastructure monitoring. 2) Managing bridge calls to resolve incidents. 3) Engaging support resources. 4) Update and maintain documentation to support department processes. What skills/attributes are a must have? Ability to multi-task, quick learner, calm under pressure. LOCATION: Currently WFH due to COVID. It is expected that this person return to the office listed on this req. once COVID restrictions are lifted. INTERVIEW PROCESS: a. How many rounds? 1 b. Video vs. phone? Either c.
