Job Description

Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Brand Protection Manager to join our E-Commerce team in our Marketing Department.

This role will work with the Company’s business unit leadership, brand sales teams, marketing managers, and legal team to protect the integrity of the Company’s brands in the consumer marketplace to address the increasing volume of unauthorized or volatile sales or non-compliant trademark and advertising practices.

This candidatewill be responsible for identifying accounts that may be in violation of such standards in addition to developing, implementing, and managing appropriate reporting tools for company-wide alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Communications, Law, or Business-related field, with a minimum of3years of Brand Protection experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates should display experience inexcel and data management;Working in complex global organizations with competing priorities; Policy compliance to provide recommendations, implement, and manage the companies' policies; Process management with usage of reporting tools related to compliance based on best practices; Thought leadership with the ability to educate and coach brand sales teams; Investigation abilities to identify unknown or unauthorized retailers selling RWSC products for enforcement; Research of account violation of digital/creative assets; Toolset administration withmultiple technologies and strategies in detecting, analyzing, and removing infringement violations.

Candidates should hold skill and knowledge in the ability and desire to work at bothstrategic and tactical levels; Protecting brand value and policing brand violations; General product knowledge of footwear & apparel; Cross functional relationship building; Analytical acumen.
