Details on $3000 New Hire Incentive:

Applies to new hires for SBF hourly union positions (production and maintenance) who start between March 29, 2021 and August 2, 2021andattain at least 6 months of continuous serviceandhave worked at least 1000 hours.

  • Employees of Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. who terminate employment and reapply between March 29, 2021 and August 2, 2021 are not eligible for the New Hire Incentive.
  • New Hire Incentive is paid out as soon as administratively possible following achievement of 6 months of serviceandat least 1000 hours worked.
  • The Incentive will be paid less all applicable withholdings and deductions required by law, including income taxes.
  • This is a temporary incentive program and Company reserves the right to amend, extend, or alter this program.
  • This New Hire Incentive program is not a guarantee or contract for employment or for a particular duration of employment.

We are looking for quality candidates for Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency.Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.

We are currently accepting applications for our 2nd and 3rd shifts.

2nd shift hours are 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday,

3rd shift hours are 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday.

Starting wage is $19.25per hour, and oncequalified on a specific job, the wage rate may increase to anywhere from $20.00to $23.90 per hour. There is also a $0.55 cent shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Our manufacturing facility is a union shop and offers very competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment

Ability to lift/carry up to 55 pounds

Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs.
