Overview: Looking for an Architect/Solutions Manager to assist the team and lead the team from a technical perspective. Joining 6 developers on the current team. Certifications are a plus
Primary Responsibilities: Recommendation around architecture Provide solutions to the team Comfortable being hands on from higher level perspective but also being able to configure and write code Ability to lead a team of engineers Adheres to and instills best coding best practices Ability to come up with technical solutions and hand them off to the development team for implementation Salesforce certifications: Certified Technical Architect, System Architect, Application Architect or Integration Architecture Designer highly desired Requirements:MID (5-9 YRS OF EXPERIENCE) Responsible for driving architecture solutions that will support the business goals Analyzes requirements and ensures solutions will integrate with current platforms or services Supports long-range application and technology planning efforts, representing multiple technology platforms Leads technology team in resolving architectural issues Identifies and escalates issues and when necessary, pulls appropriate teams together to solve challenges Documents and resolves technical risks by contributing specific recommendations for improving performance, stability, reliability, availability, and / or maintainability of infrastructure technologies Under guidance of senior level technical architects, leads platform, service, or portfolio architectural efforts to translate partner needs to technical solutions based on a balance of needs, architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility Translates functional requirements to platform and service design requirements Participates in project planning, estimating and costing Participates in reuse, extend, buy, or build recommendations Defines the architecture, client environment, and supporting tools to meet stated program or project objectives Develops architectural design documentation Communicates the architecture direction within a given platform, service or portfolio Participates in the development of future enterprise architecture within a given platform, service or portfolio Communicates with key partners to explain alternatives and make recommendations Communicates and collaborates with more senior level technical architects and select IT leadership Evaluates and anticipates impact of technical solutions on related projects Assists in the development and maintenance of global technology roadmaps and application or platform evolution plans Participates in technology life cycle management by understanding relevant technology states and by making recommendations for timely technology evolution. Has a working knowledge of designing and constructing platform architectures (server, network, desktop, database, systems management, or data) Has a high level understanding of operating systems and foundation architecture Must have significant business knowledge and have one or more areas of technical expertise in which they concentrate Ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non technical teams Possess an understanding of tools, platform scripting and control languagesVacancy expired!
