York is hiring! We are currently seeking a Sr Software Engineer that meets the requirements below for a contract to hire opportunity with a Fortune 500 client in the health industry. This opportunity will be 100% remote.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software- Translate product concepts into project commitments that deliver incremental value to our customers frequently and with high qualityRequired Qualifications: - 4+ years of coding experience with C# with a willingness and ability to learn new ones- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, telemetry, agile and DevOps- Experience working with at least one of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, application observability and/or messaging / stream architecture- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:- Experience with Angular- Understanding of distributed architecture design principles- Experience implementing large-scale/high performance componentized web applications across multiple technology domains- Experience in the health care industryWhy York?For more than 20 years, York Solutions has been singularly focused on delivering value to its clients in the form of IT contract resource selection, deployment, and management.Our mission is to provide creative, cutting-edge IT solutions to help companies achieve business, technology, and operational goals and objectives.
