York is hiring! Seeking a Sr. Java Developer to help lead innovation projects for a client in the healthcare industry. Candidates should have 6+ years of Java Development experience as well as experience in a Cloud/DevOps Environment. Can work remotely or sit in Raleigh, NC.
Requirements:- Core Java programming within a microservice/serverless environment and fluent in modern Spring Boot development.- Understanding of MongoDB or Elastic Search - Experience working in a Cloud/DevOps Environment. Must be able to deploy their own code. - Messaging system experience with either ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure event-Hub.- Spring Boot and JavaScript proficiency with Web Services (Rest) and Single Page Application Technologies.- Specification and management of coding, usability and quality standards.- Interpreting requirements into application designs.- Agile development through collaborating with Engineering, Technical Lead, and Technical Analysis team members.- Evaluating and learning new technologies that would provide business value.- Ensuring the quality, architecture and accuracy of released code.- Take ownership of the assigned applications.- Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as able to guide and mentor team members.Vacancy expired!
