Job Description - Training Consultant -REMOTE
Training Consultant- REMOTERemote 12 Month Contract Looking for multiple candidates to join a growing technology engagement team. In this role they are looking for trainers that are interested in 100% training for internal employees. The main focus will be development and deployment of training and post support for new applications. There will be some script and PowerPoint development but mainly training. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to learn applications by jumping in and working with the applications. Looking for someone who is comfortable delivering training calls to small and large groups as well as performing 1:1 training calls. Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree or relevant industry experience
- Experience working within financial services
- 2+ years experience in a business or technology training/support role
- Proficient with PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating and delivering outbound training classes
- Ability to develop and maintain training scripts and material
- Previous experience providing coaching and training to employees
- Ability to provide presentations and support regarding training
