Position: Data Product Manager

Location: Richfield, MN.

Looking for a product Manager who has prior experience in Data Management programs.

Responsibilities Include:Manage project in both waterfall and agile wayGood to have have knowledge in Analytics /Data management domain .Responsibility will majorly include managing a product, create backlog, work as scrum master/Business analystGather requirements from business and work with engineering team to create storiesDrive sprint meetings , grooming sessions Create roadmap, vision of the product that will deliver customer value and business and financial goals.Identify new opportunities, define the business case and drive organizational alignment.Prioritize and plan the resources needed to deliver key projects on budget and on time.Manage and mentor a team of engineers as a part of Agile product teamGood communication skill and ability to interact with senior client leadershipOwn and deliver on key customer experience, engagement and business metricsManaging P&L of the project, including planning, forecasting and driving growth, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.Mange Project dépendencies , External team , issues

Required Qualifications:5 to 7+ years experience in Project /Delivery Management3 to 5+ years of experience in Product Management5+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams.3+ years formally or informally leading matrixed teams or directly managing other product managersExperience aligning, influencing, and communicating to multiple business stakeholders and technology partners.Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
