Job Title/Role

Access Governance Solution Architect

Experience/Skills· More than 10 years of experience in architecting, designing, development of Identity and Access Governance Solution.· Hard skills –· Should have a good exposure to Sailpoint Identity IQ· Should have good knowledge of concept of Access governance and Identity management· Should have good knowledge of Role mining, Role definition principles and Role modeling and Role Management concept· Should have good understanding of role based access control and attribute based access controls· Experience with architecting large deployments of Identity and Access Governance solution· Knowledge of security technologies with certifications like CISSP etc would be an added advantage· Should be able to translate business requirements into systems qualities and thence into repeatable design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, non-repudiation, reusability, etc.).· Should be able to define and lead overall technical architecture· Should be able to Interface with customer Architects/consultants/IT stake holders· Should be able to take proactive escalation of probable system problems or design flaws to upper management before serious impact project deliverables.· Should be able to recognize the dependencies and impacts across the Program/projects· Good experience on Product Migration, code migration, On-boarding of applications· Candidates must have an advanced knowledge of core technologies surrounding IdentityIQ, such as Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and RDBMS.· · Soft skills –· Good written and oral communication skills· Good documentation and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibility· Resources would be working closely with customer IT teams, vendors, Service Owners and global business representatives.· Will be responsible for high level solution design· Will be responsible to for designing functional specs· Will be responsible for interaction with customer· Will be responsible for technical mentoring of team
