Tell us about your department:The development and automation team provides an application management platform . We enable the provisioning of applications to runtimes across cloud and containers, provide deployment capabilities, and improve the monitoring/logging of applications. The team is driving efforts that expand features to make developers lives easier, such as adding autoscaling and traffic switching after their releases.

Position Summary/Job Description:
  • An ideal candidate participates in the creation and presentation of technical designs.
  • They will lead in the delivery of complex solutions.
  • They demonstrate creativity and takes initiative in solving complex problems.
  • They are able to fill in holes in product direction and take the appropriate action within their team.
  • Aware of the technology landscape, they plan delivery of coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applications.
  • This candidate sets a consistent example of agile development practices and coaches other engineers to work as a team with Product and UX.

How much time will the resource spend pair programming? 10-75% according to the stories and personal preference.

Interview Process Overview:A 30 minute behavioral interview for first round candidates followed by a 60 minute technical interview for second round candidates. Both rounds on MS Teams with video and voice calling required.
