We are a locally-owned pizza company in Rochester seeking a motivated individual to join our management team and progress toward a future GM role. Management experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Open availability, close proximity to Rochester, and accountability to operating our restaurants AS IF YOU ARE AN OWNER are key.
If you have a history of not getting along well with people, this won't be a great fit. If you're a clock-punching-type who needs a consistent schedule week-in-and-week-out, this also might not be a great fit. A valid driver's license and an openness to occasional if not frequent late nights are also required.
Training pay is negotiable. Compensation after six weeks of training will be $35k salary or wage equivalent. There is plenty of room to grow upward as the trainee continues to progress toward a future GM role. GMs with our company can make anywhere from $40k-$70k based on performance.
