Pristine Green Outdoor Services, LLC is looking for a solid candidate to serve as Lawn Maintenance Lead for the 2020 lawn season and potentially beyond. Position is seasonal, and will begin roughly the last week of April/first week of May of 2020, lasting into November 2020. 30-40 hours per week on average, daily Monday through Friday with the potential of a few Saturdays during the prime times of the season. No Sundays.
Primary responsibilities of the Lawn Maintenance Lead include servicing all lawn mowing customers weekly, on set routes per day, either solo or with a 2nd part time employee. This includes operation of a 3/4 ton pickup truck with enclosed trailer, operation of small lawn equipment, and possible oversight of part time employee performing the same work. This person will also assist business owner with other outdoor services work as required, such as shrub trimming, landscaping, etc.

Note that the work involved with this position is highly dependent on the weather, hours worked may vary if weather conditions dictate, this is not an 9-5 job.
$18-$22 to start, depending on prior experience and skill set. Potential for 90 day bump in wage rate for top performer. Potential for winter snow work as well, if interested in pursuing.
