Landscape Crewman:
Weller Brothers Landscaping is a complete landscape design/build firm in Rochester, MN, specializing in residential renovation projects including pool decks, retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, and plantings.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Starting wage $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:
-Assist with construction/installation of landscapes
-Take direction from jobsite foreman
-Communicate with jobsite foreman and landscape designer to make sure job is getting done to Weller Bothers quality standards and on time
-Ability to adapt and perform other landscape crewman duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
The applicant for this position must be able to perform and/or demonstrate the following:
-Ability to communicate with the job-site foreman in a professional courteous manner
-Ability to take constructive criticism
-General knowledge of landscape tools and small engine equipment
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Team Player
-Self starter
-Willingness to work long hours to get the job done on time
-Ability to lift 80 pounds
-Experience working in lawn landscaping or construction industry is a plus but not required
