Looking for someone to do maintenance work at Heather Courts Apartments in Owatonna, MN.
Approx 8-12 hours a week
Duties include:
1. Check for maintenance requests submitted by tenants, and Management weekly/bi-weekly.
2. Prioritize maintenance requests.
3. Keep record of completed maintenance tasks.
4. Communicate with Site Manager if a vendor needs to be hired.
5. Respond to emergency maintenance issues.
6. Communicate effectively and positively with residents and management regarding maintenance issues.
7. Follow Fair Housing Laws.
8. Caretaker / Cleaning position also cleans vacant units to prepare for next tenant.
8. Additional duties / responsibilities as needed.
