A SMOOTH MOVE is hiring! Our mission is to make moving a pleasant experience for older adults. We are a locally-owned, fully-licensed household goods mover serving the needs of older adults primarily in southern Minnesota. Our company prides itself in having an enjoyable workplace and the most caring and talented workers in the area for moving our client's precious belongings.
A Smooth Move currently has job openings for the positions of Professional Driver/Mover and Professional Mover. The responsibilities of these positions include: loading, transporting, unloading and organizing our client's belongings and filling out necessary paperwork. Infrequent travel out of the area may be required. These are Monday-Friday, part-time, day-time positions with the potential for the job becoming full-time. Starting pay is $17-$19/hour for qualified drivers depending on qualifications and experience, and $13-$15/hour for the professional movers position depending on experience.
Our team members start each day awaiting new challenges. They enjoy working around older adults, like being physically active and end each day with a sense of accomplishment.
