Local Maintenance company is looking for a maintenance technician to assist in its day to day - preventative maintenance and maintenance tasks of residential rental properties.
General repair/handy-work experience is required.
Valid and current driver's license is required.
The ability to prioritize, coordinate schedules, and manage time effectively will be important aspects of this position.

- general household repairs
