We are looking for a smart, energetic, high-performing self-starter that will work in direct support of our agents, and provide our clients with the best possible experience. Responsibilities
-Track client transactions, address daily questions, schedule, and communicate next steps
Process sale documents and maintain up-to-date client database and transaction records
-Assist in the creation of listing / advertising descriptions for homes for sale
-Assist agents in advertising and preparing for open houses
-Create, design and distribute online and print marketing materials
-Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, social media and website leads
-Coordinate with clients and contractors for home repairs and improvements
-Deliver documents, run office errands and meet contractors and clients on-site
-Show properties and hold open houses
-Assist in identifying new opportunities
-Flexibility with regard to responsibilities. Sales volume fluctuates seasonally and client needs vary
Qualifications for Real Estate Assistant
-Ability to multitask a must. Prioritize and manage time efficiently with little oversight
-Caring and people-oriented. Dedicated to customer service and an excellent client experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished phone etiquette
-Previous experience in real estate, marketing, customer service or sales preferred
-Active real estate license or interest in getting licensed
-Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes
-Working knowledge of the MLS database and CRM’s a plus
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Weekend and evening hours required
Compensation dependent on skills and experience
