The AutoFinance Center is looking for a professional, friendly and upbeat full-time Collection Manager/Sales Associate. This position entails an extensive amount of customer service. Typical hours are 8:30am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30am to 3pm on Saturdays, with the ability to work outside of normal working hours on occasion. Collection or sales experience helpful but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to make a great first impression and build instant rapport with customers
Have a customer service and team oriented attitude
Display an enthusiastic and energetic personality
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking and processing applications
Answering phone calls
Greeting and conversing with current and potential customers
Processing payments (both over the phone and in person)
Placing phone calls for payment reminders, delinquent payments, and reference checks
Lot and store upkeep, including lobby, offices and bathrooms
Salary plus Commissions
