- Use NetSuite ERP for all customer payments and reconciliations
- Work with the team to help with order processing
- Prepare bank deposits
- Management of receivables in foreign currency bank accounts
- Post incoming invoices and bills into payables system
- Manage health benefits and payroll
- Perform financial analysis and reporting for various departments and management as requested
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year end closing and postings.
- Application of landed costs to inventory
- International value added tax reporting and payment
- Previous experience in accounting with a fast paced company
- Work with the NetSuite platform
- Experience managing a team
- Proficient computer skills and extensive experience using Microsoft Excel.
