Description: Location: on-site work, currently a hybrid telework/office schedule with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Sample Tasks
- Provide coaching and support in agile methodology (specifically Scrum)
- Attend 6-8 team meetings each week including Scrum events
- Provide 1:1 coaching
- Provide coaching to teams
- Work with managers to further the Agile Maturity Initiative
- All coaching must adhere to the Scrum Guide
- Provide knowledge transfer
- Five years of experience coaching IT organizations to implement the Agile Scrum framework and Kanban
- Three years of experience leading organizations through successful implementation of a Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience using Scrum@Scale framework
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience coaching new and existing Kanban teams
- Agile Project Management experience
- Agile planning experience at the Portfolio level and all Agile roles
- Forecasting future portfolio work from a Scrum and Kanban perspective
- Experience establishing and working with both portfolio level work and product
- backlogs
- Experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams supporting Criminal Justice Systems
