Be an experienced leader and motivated self-starter

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Operate in both traditional project management and scrum master roles

Develop, execute, and manage complex cross-functional waterfall or agile IT projects

Manage and deliver multiple interrelated IT project activities with changing priorities and requirements

Work with business, BRM, and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables

Document risks, issues, actions, and decisions and escalate as necessary

Facilitate Jira backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning

Develop and execute a detailed project plan or utilize Jira

Manage project resources effectively and identify resource capacity constraints - Clearly communicate project status and progress

Clarify deliverables and actions to achieve them
