We believe that software is the key to turn these challenges into opportunities.It's your role, here's the part you can play:Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, analyze actual results to plan and prior performance, bridge and explain variance drivers

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis and explanations to local and HQ management teams, assist with Cost and Profit Center controlling

Support Month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities & ongoing reporting including: Productivity, P&L / Balance Sheet reviews, Margin analysis, Journal Entries, and backlog reporting, prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and/or budget or forecasts

Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Managers, etc.) with analysis for revenues/sales and costs based on contracts and prepare analysis over billing roles/rates and client and project profitability

Develop and maintain management reporting and routine business analysis, prepare ad-hoc analysis and provide special project support as needed

Be part of our team, here's what's needed:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA degree preferred

6+ years demonstrated progressive experience in finance and / or accounting roles, multinational Software / SaaS and Professional Services organization experience preferred

Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement required, detailed knowledge of financial planning and analysis techniques, superior ability to work and analyze data, project management experience

Knowledge of IFRS 15 concepts, including Revenue Recognition – PoC, CCM

Proficient with Excel & Power Point skills (Pivot, V-Lookup), SAP (FI, CO, PS) – additional digitalization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik) are a plus

Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines, attention to detail, strong skills in working with large sets of data to understand complex models and create business insights
