Join a team that makes you feel like family!Job DescriptionAs the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting our candidates during the hiring process is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part you'll be:- Contacting qualified workers for our positions by pursuing community contacts, advertising effectively, and promoting referrals.
- Working hand-in-hand with recruiters and Operations teams to manage open positions and understand the needs of our customers.
- Screening and scheduling interviews for candidates to meet with recruiters and/or managers.
- Commits to behave in compliance with the company's values and Code of Conduct
- Builds a culture of workplace safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
- Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
- Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made
- Ability to work independently.
