Assist with developing automated workflows and developing platform interfaces that are used to connect multiple systems into a common communication hub.
EXPECTATIONS- Designs and codes programs; creates and runs test transactions; uses insights gained to produce necessary design and code revisions. Is willing to take calculated risks.
- Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems, providing ongoing feedback.
- Identifies technical obstacles early and works closely with team to find creative solutions.
- Educates team members (including BSAs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners) on capabilities and constraints of technology platforms.
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system.
- Maintains meticulous records to document program development and revisions.
- Consistently shares best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.
- Suggest solutions to critical business problems for the team by automating workflows.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- BS - Bachelor of Sciences
- 3+ years of experience developing full stack (MERN) application
- Extensive development experience with React, NodeJS. Must understand modern JavaScript principals including Promises, ES6, async/await and TypeScript
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks in JavaScript/Python
- Some experience with Python and libraries such as; pandas, numpy etc.
- Understanding of modern development paradigms including – CI/CD, source control
- Hands on experience with crafting CI/CD pipelines
- Experience consuming REST APIs
- Relational Database with Postgres
- Worked within an AWS cloud – ECS, Fargate, Lambda
- Experience or knowledge of Container technology such as Docker
- Always learning willing to learn
- Able to iterate on a design and work quickly within a highly collaborative team environment
- Adopt and embrace the Agile principals
- Ability to write clean and clear documentation
