Our client is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide product support to customers via phone, email, and messaging. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Shakopee, MN. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate product support for end-users, including phone, messaging, and email communications
- Maintain good communication and customer service skills in interactions with customers and colleagues
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Accountability for individual and team performance metrics
- Accurately document customer communication in CRM
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years' experience in technical support
- Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Prioritization skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn new skills and ideas and to incorporate feedback for improvement
