Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for

• Develops business functional and technical test plans on moderately complex application implementation and development.
• Executes the testing of technology systems ensuring quality and efficient systems performance.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced testing analysts.
• Understands various testing methodologies Familiar with Oracle database applications.
• Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and user requirements.
• Provides feedback on testing results to development teams ensuring fixes or enhancements are incorporated before scheduled releases.
• Ensures all applications adhere to high-quality standards.
• Analyzes complex information systems and identifies and documents all quality-related issues.
• Develops strong customer relationships as a trusted liaison between customer and solutions delivery teams ensuring applications meet business needs.
• Carries out complex tasks of large projects.

• Estimate project timelines.
• Resource allocation and planning.
• Providing work direction and overseeing QA tasks.
• Production support as needed, including troubleshooting production issues.
• Retrieving, reviewing, and analyzing data.
• Identifying barriers and root causes of data issues and performance gaps.
• Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures.
• Collect and produce written documentation based on testing results.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to project teams.
• Review logs to identify program processing errors.
• Write and execute detailed test cases to identify potential application defects.
• Perform trend analysis and identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain an automated test script for regression testing.
• Assist in the execution of integration or end-to-end testing with client systems or programs.
• Research best practices to determine quality improvement initiatives and utilization standards.
• Identify and recommend procedures and workflow improvements.
• Write documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
• Work with management, account, technical and creative teams to develop and streamline workflows.

• Development experience in test scripts, execution, and reporting is also required.
• Experience with Automated testing with tools such as Selenium, Rational, and Tosca.
• Extensive experience with writing Test Cases and Test Scripts, including the creation of test data.
• Proficient in managing defects and change requests.
• QA testers must be well-versed in a variety of defect management systems, such as Rational and JIRA.
• Sound understanding of PLM Applications (Windchill, Enovia).
• Experience in the system, security, and functional testing, with an understanding of performance testing and stress/load/soak testing.
