Boomerang Marine & Sports is seeking a highly organized individual to embrace the role of Retail Store Manager in our rapidly growing, multi-brand marine and powersports business. We attribute our sustained growth to the daily contributions of the remarkable individuals who make up our Boomerang team. The successful candi- date, for this position, will have excellent communication skills while interacting with customers, manufacturers, suppliers and Boomerang team members. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is critical. We will hire an honest, professional, dependable, customer-service oriented and responsive individual who can power through a challenging work day and surface with a smile.
Responsibilities:
-Provide direction and support for retail store staff and operations
-Coordinate with and support Service Department to ensure excellent customer service and sales support
-State licensing and registration of products and maintenance of associated records
-Sales including Preparation of sales quotes, Financing applications and documentation, Trade Valuations &Purchase Agreements
-Data input of sales, purchasing and receiving
-Maintenance of records in Excel spread sheets
-Filing/organization of records
-Phone reception
-Customer service
-Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
-Experience in retail sales environment
-Supervisory/Management experience a plus
-Passion for the outdoor, boating and powersports
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, accounting software, retail POS and/or Inventory Management software is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-High level leadership and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects to completion in a timely manner
-Good research skills and attention to detail
-Strong problem-solving skills
