We are currently hiring for a part time live onsite Caretaker to start as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is responsible and willing to help and keep our beautiful 119 unit apartment building looking great! This is a live in position so you must be able to move into one of our apartments. This position would be 20 hours per week. You will not be responsible for the whole building, only half of the building as well as the outside grounds of the property.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Vacuuming hallways and stairwells
Sweeping and mopping tile/linoleum surfaces
Cleaning glass doors/windows
Dusting and cleaning all common areas
Trash pickup (inside and outside)
Thoroughly cleaning apartments as someone moves out before someone moves in
Thoroughly cleaning common areas such as: exercise room, community room, hot tub room, hallways, etc.
Shoveling/snow blowing sidewalks/stairs during the winter
Light maintenance
After hours and weekend on call emergencies for cleaning and maintenance
Maintaining resident relations and assisting with resident events
Other duties as assigned by Management
