Duties include:
Provide our customers with an excellent service experience
Prepare food for front of the house use and learn back of the house prep procedures.
Follow all company, state & Federal policies and laws pertaining to operations.
Comfortable with smart phone and computer usage (not afraid to learn and continually expand your knowledge of current technologies).
Open to and supports change.
Must have:
Positive personality with a "Can - Do Attitude".
Able to Coach and train your TEAM for success.
Exceed Customer Satisfaction skills.
Restaurant Management Experience is a plus.
Helps attain goals in sales, food cost, labor, staffing and development.
Strong Communication skills.
Expert at multi-tasking.
