Clearwater Travel Plaza is looking for a Food Court Manager to join our team. You will be responsible to produce and deliver the finest quality products and service in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. To have and foster an outstanding attitude and to help create a fun atmosphere. To be the Obvious Choice and to help Nelson Bros. Food Court be the Obvious Choice. To train and nurture your coordinators and employees to help them become the best they can be. To ensure company standards are met and profitability goals are attained. Previous leadership experienced required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Interview and hire candidates you feel will help grow your department and this company
Communicate goals and expectations with all members of your team in a clear and professional manner
Ensure quality products are being produced in a timely manner paying close attention to proper portion sizes, ingredients and presentation of products
Must be able to take and give delegation and ensure follow through on both
Ensure fast, friendly service is delivered at all times
Maintain consistent training practices/manuals for coordinators and employees
Manage and maintain food service controls such as food cost, labor cost, maintenance and supply expenses as determined by monthly financial projections
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are communicated and followed through on
Find creative and fun ways to motivate employees and coordinators. Lead by example and demonstrate positive attitudes and professionalism. Train and develop employees and coordinators. When necessary, take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure CTPs standards and policies are upheld and enforced consistently
Understand, utilize, and teach Clearwater Travel Plazas theories of Business Operations
Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and scheduling requirements
