Lancer Hospitality at Mille Lacs Academy is looking for an On-Call Cook. Shifts will vary from 6am to 2:30 pm and 10:30am to 7pm. Some weekends. This person will be covering sick days, Holidays and will fill in on busy days as needed. Duties include cooking and serving meals for 80 people, food prep, cleanup, dishwashing.
Previous kitchen work preferred but not necessary.
