Diamond Willow of Little Falls is always accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants- CNA's and Personal Care Attendants-PCA's for days, evenings and nights. These positions are responsible for providing personal care, delegated nursing and medical care designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Your experience will PAY at Diamond Willow!
Experience pay is available for CNA's and PCA's.
Salary Range Based on Experience:
CNA's: $13.00/hr. - $14.50/hr.
PCA's: $12.00/hr. - $13.50/hr.
Shift Differentials will be paid in addition to your base wage for working the PM and NOC shifts.
PM Shift Differential: additional $.75/hr.
NOC Shift Differential: additional $1.50/hr.
All employees may be eligible for a quarterly BONUS paid at $.50/hr.(bonus amounts increase with years of service). A nice EXTRA check!
